WHAT IS PRP HAIR RESTORATION?
PRP is safe and effective three-step treatment in which a persons blood is drawn, processed in our ProGen PRP Platelet Concentration System, and then injected into the scalp. When injected into the scalp the growth factors in the PRP stimulate the hair follicles. For best results we recommend 3 to 4 treatments 4-6 weeks apart. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR TREATMENT
Come in with your hair and scalp clean. If your taking any prescription anti-inflmmatory medication check with your doctor if you can stop taking them 5 days before your treatment. (If needed Tylenol is acceptable). Avoid alcohol the day before and the day after your treatment. Arnica may be taken to help prevent bruising 3 days before coming in for treatment. Be sure to eat and drink prior to your scheduled appointment.
